After considering the queries, clarifications, recommendations and suggestions, the BAC4IGOV hereby decides to include, revise, amend, delete and/or adapt the following provisions:

Further, the following questions were raised during the Pre-bid Conference held last 23 October 2015:

1. Whether the Single Largest Contract should be at least equal to the aggregated amount of the two (2) lots or should it be on a per lot basis. The Single Largest Contract should be equal or greater than the Approved Budget of the Contract per Lot.
2. Whether the NFCC should be at least equal to the Approved Budget of the Contract of each Lot. The NFCC should be equal or greater than the total Approved Budget of the Contract (PhP41,000,000.00)
3. Disclosure on the compatibility matters for Lot 1 (Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration of Next-Generation Intrusion Prevention System, Services and Support) pertaining to the existing hardware. ICT Office will disclose the details of the exiting hardware to bidders who will buy the bidding documents.

All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
