The new schedule for submission of Eligibility Documents for the aforementioned project is on 14 September 2015 at 12 NN. It will be subsequently followed by the opening of the Eligibility Documents at 1 PM. Venue of the submission and opening of Eligibility Documents is at the Information and Communications Technology Office, Carlos P. Garcia Avenue, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
