1.              Scope of Bid

1.1.         The Information and Communications Technology Office named in the BDS (hereinafter referred to as the “ICT Office”) wishes to receive bids for supply and delivery of the goods as described in (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”).

 

1.2.         The name, identification, and number of lots specific to this bidding are provided in the BDS.   The contracting strategy and basis of evaluation of lots is described in ITB Clause 28.

Clause 16. Inspection and Tests

GCC Clause 17.3 Warranty

58 Three years warranty on parts and services. On site repair and maintenance. In case the equipment will be pulled out, a replacement unit should be made available prior to the pull out of the defective equipment. Change to the following clause (as per TOR Payment Scheme Section):

 

Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the contract and having an unsatisfactory rating in the acceptance form will result in the withholding of payment; moreover, re-implementation of the training will be imposed until a satisfactory rating is achieved.

The different training modules/programs will involve ordinary users from target municipalities; site network monitoring personnel from target beneficiary sites; content managers/administrators from LGUs; and PKI registration officers from different regional NGAs, Provincial Government Offices and municipalities nationwide.
