Item Query BAC4IGOV’s Response
We noticed just now that there’s a difference with regards to packing indicated in the BDS and ITB. Which do we follow? Please see attached on our understanding of what was indicated in the BDS (page 25) and ITB (page 45). Please see attached for our Understanding Diagram. Please follow the instructions stated in the BDS.
During the pre bid, there was a question raised by one of the bidders re mobile app. Does the TOR require a native mobile application or just a mobile responsive application? In the previous Supplemental Bid Bulletin, it is stipulated that “Android and iOS visualization and query capabilities through native APIs.” should be available.  We only want the capability to build mobile applications – not a mobile application.  Furthermore, we also want the platform accessible on mobile devices using the built-in browser.
Can you give us a ball park figure of the size of the data in total that will be processed in the platform? Data storage and computing will be provided by ICTO.  As long as the solution can scale and show proof for it, data processing should not be a problem.
Also can you give us the average size of your LiDAR data? Please see answer on Item No. 3
