Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 8

 

PROCUREMENT OF SYSTEM MANAGEMENT AND ACCESS PHASE 2 (SMA2)

After considering the queries, clarifications, recommendations and suggestions, the BAC4FREEWIFI hereby decides to include, revise, amend, delete and/or adapt the following provisions:

Section VII. Technical Specifications
1.3. The SERVICE shall be necessarily interoperable and compatible with the SMA1 Service at no cost to the DICT; Interoperability Requirements such as but not limited to: 1. Authentication Authorization and Accounting (AAA) Service; 2.DNS and other necessary services; 3. Routing of SMA 1 MPOP traffic to SMA1 Core and 4. Priority routing of government services and applications such as but not limited to 8888 and 911 calling. 1.3. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC).  The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for service under this tender is  PESOS:  FOUR HUNDRED FORTY MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (PHP 440,392,500.00) 2. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC).  The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for service under this tender is  PESOS:  FOUR HUNDRED FORTY MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (PHP 440,392,500.00)

7.4 CONNECTIVITY SLA ENFORCEMENT SUB-SERVICE.  This  mission-critical sub-service shall provide the DICT with a monthly SLA compliance report for all contracted IP transport services across the network; and, 7.4 CONNECTIVITY MONITORING, FAULT ESCALATION and SLA ENFORCEMENT SUB-SERVICE.  This  mission-critical sub-service shall provide the DICT with a monitoring, escalation (including trouble ticketing) and monthly SLA compliance report for all contracted IP transport services across the network including iGOV (GOVNET) facilities; and,
11.3 The List of Required Total Sites shall be final prior to the execution of the Contract. 11.3 The List of Required Total Sites shall be final prior to the execution of the Contract. No site shall be a duplicate (same site name and location; more than 60% overlapping coverage) of any from the prior SMA tenders.

 

All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
