Director IV of the Administrative Service

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Governance, Management, Human

Resources , Financial Management and other related disciplines (Master’s Degree, an advantage)

  • At least five (5) years of supervisory experience and preferably handled a  managerial

position in  an ICT-related public or private institution

  • Career Executive Service (CES)/Career Service Executive Eligibility (CSEE)
  • Minimum of 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development

interventions taken within the last five years

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant education and training as stated in the above qualification requirements
  • Relevant work experience and Significant Accomplishments

Number of years of work experience and relevancy of the work experience

Work-related accomplishments and other significant accomplishments  like awards and professional

contributions to his/her field

  • Leadership and management abilities, personal qualities and attributes

Documents to be submitted:

  • Application letter indicating the unit where the position is lodged
  • Diploma and Transcript of Academic Records
  • Training Certificates
  • Updated curriculum vitae, listing three (3) references and addressing the selection criteria indicated above
  • Updated service record for those who served in the government
  • Performance Ratings from previous employment (for external applicants) or ONLINE CESPES ratings for

internal applicants..  Ratings should cover the period from January to December 2016 and January to

December 2017

  • Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS, CSC Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with the prescribed photo
