Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB)  is a joint initiative to improve service delivery and  reduce red tape in  government frontline services.

Through a single number, a citizen can gain access to government services and information,  report complaints and ask assistance through various communication channels.

The agencies which are included in the pilot implementation are the National Computer Center (NCC)  under the Information and Communications Technology Office (ICTO), Civil Service Commission (CSC) together with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Health (DOH), Philippine Health and Insurance Corporation  (PHIC), and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The project supports the government’s anti-corruption drive and the implementation of Republic Act 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) of 2007.
