The Department of Information and Communications Technology – Mindanao Cluster 3 (DICT MC3) launched Tech4ED centers and provided ICT equipment as part of the Department’s strengthened roll-out of the Tech4ED Program to help Filipinos transition to the new normal.

“Through the Tech4ED Program, the DICT aims to empower Filipinos by providing them the ICT tools as well as the skills and knowledge to maximize the use of ICT. Our vision is to help them grow and thrive in the digital landscape as we continue to transition to the new normal,” DICT Secretary Gregorio “Gringo” B. Honasan II said.

The DICT MC3 turned over three complete sets of computer units, one printer, one router, and IP CCTV to Kiamba LGU Tech4ED Center on April 27 and to Maitum LGU Tech4ED Center on April 26. Both LGUs are in Sarangani province.
