Qualification Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree; Relevant Master’s Degree, an advantage
- Five (5) years extensive managerial/supervisory experience in IT and other related fields
- ICT related position in a public or private sector institution, an advantage
- Career Executive Service (CES) / Career Service Executive Eligibility (CSEE)
- 120 hours of professional and/or supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years.

- Service record for those who served in the government
- CESPES Rating for internal applicants for the period of January to December 2016 and January to December 2017
- Performance Rating for external applicants from the previous employer for the period of January to December 2016 and January to December 2017
