As stated in the TOR, an 80Plus Bronze or higher PSU efficiency is required to be supplied by the bidder.   The specifications is retained. REQUEST IS DENIED. As an 80Plus Bronze is one the lowest standards when it comes to PSU power efficiency. Most of the major manufacturer supports or have units that is compliant or higher than this standard.

2.15 Dimension: should not exceed: Height 250mm x Width 50mm x Depth 250mm REQUEST IS DENIED. Having thin client chassis bigger than Height 250mm x Width 50mm x Depth 250mm will defeat the purpose of space saving which is essential in deploying in small school classroom

As stated in the TOR, the equipment to be supplied should be able to operate in the indicated temperature range or better.   The specifications is retained. REQUEST IS DENIED. It is ideal that the equipment to be purchased should be able to operate from 0° to 40°C or can be stored in environment from -40° to 65°C This will ensure that the equipment can withstand operating in different school environment

As stated in the TOR, the equipment to be supplied should be able to operate in the indicated humidity range or better. REQUEST IS DENIED. It is ideal that the equipment to be purchased should be able to operate in the stated humidity range. This will ensure that the equipment can withstand operating in humid environment
5 May request to simplify the requirement for the monitor and remove the ff requirements since these are directly pointing to a single brand only

These requirements refer to the minimum specifications of a standard 21.5” display monitor as required in the TOR. The bidder can supply the same or better specification as stated in the TOR.   The specifications is retained. REQUEST IS DENIED. The requirement in the TOR points to a standard 21.5 inch display. Removing these requirements will allow bidders to supply smaller monitors for the project. These specification does not point to only one brand.
