BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE FOR THE INTEGRATED GOVERNMENT
PHILIPPINES PROJECT (BAC4IGOV)
Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 7
Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Design, Build, and Operate of a Complete Cloud Solution for Philippine Government Agencies
Bid Reference No. BAC4IGOV-2016-07-028-02
After considering the queries, clarifications, recommendations and suggestions, the BAC4IGOV hereby decides to include, revise, amend, delete and/or adapt the following provisions:
|Item No.||Query||BAC4IGOV’s Response|
|1||Title: FPF1, Financial Proposal Submission Form
Ref.: FPF 1
Discussion: We confirm that the 2nd sentence, first paragraph is written as follows:
Our attached Financial Proposal is for the sum of Four Hundred Fourteen Million, Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP414,5000,000.00). This amount is exclusive of the local taxes, which we estimate at (amount(s) in words and figures.)
|This is an oversight on our part. The corrected statement is:
Our attached Financial Proposal is for the sum of [amount in words and figures]. This amount is exclusive of the local taxes, which we have estimated at [amount(s) in words and figures]
In the above statement, your consortium will provide the amount of your Financial Proposal.
Please use the revised FPF 1 attached to this Supplemental Bid Bulletin.
|2||Title: Data Center
Ref.: DC Facilities
If we have to recommend additional resources (cable, connectors, cable trays, etc.), will the bidder be expected to provide this as part of the bid, or may we suggest this on TPF 3?
|Yes, you may state these recommended additional resources in TPF 3.|
|3||We write to formally request that the provision of medical certificate for all the personnel assigned to the project, which was reiterated in Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 5, be waived for the moment. Since the resources are still assigned to other projects and the project schedule that we are proposing are still tentative because of the dependency on the final award of the project. We are ensuring that our resources who will be deployed in this engagement possessed the same skills and qualifications with those included in the proposal. In this light, the medical examination may not be needed for purposes of the proposal. It may be required when the project is awarded to the vendor and ready for actual implementation prior to the onboarding of the personnel to the project.
Furthermore, may we also humbly propose instead that a bid form be provided to the vendors to vouch and sign that the personnel they will assign to the project are fit to work.
|Submission of Medical Certificate of personnel to be assigned to the project will be required upon the issuance of Notice of Post Qualification or Prior to Awarding.|
All terms, conditions and instructions to bidders specified in the Bidding Documents inconsistent with this Bid Bulletin are hereby superseded and modified accordingly.
